Membership in the Pennsylvania Providers Coalition Association is limited to providers of community long term living services based in Pennsylvania, and Associate Members that are associations or advocacy organizations.

Who Can Join?

A Voting Provider Member must be a Pennsylvania organization,  have a direct relationship with the Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) and if the consumer-employer model is provided, a separate EIN must be used for these responsibilities.

A Non-voting Associate Member must be a Pennsylvania disability advocacy organization or an association that is not itself a service provider.

Member Benefits

There are several benefits to becoming a member of the PA-PCA such as the Members Only Page of this website where association information is kept. Members benefit from the business specific information and networking with other members. In addition, members benefit from collective advocacy on policy issues affecting our service system and the thousands of people we serve across the Commonwealth.

How Can You Join?

To join we need a completed membership survey and membership dues for the first year. Annual dues are tiered by organization size based on the number of consumers served by OLTL programs. Please use the form found at the link below.

Member Survey Application
Prospective member organizations must complete and submit a form that determines if membership criteria is met and that collects demographic and statistical information. From this information, an invoice for membership is sent.
