Terry Barley shared a new provider requirement that takes affect 1/1/12 for MA Waiver Providers today at our membership meeting and inquired if other providers were aware of it as the Bulletin was posted on the OIG website and not sent out in a Bulletin. 
 Most members relayed back that they had not received/or nor were they aware of the change taking affect January 1, 2012.
 Appreciation goes to Linda Bradley for forwarding me information this evening which directed me to the requirement/ bulletin which is attached for the membership.
