Our comments are the result of extensive feedback from our two membership groups, additional stakeholders, and more than a decade of research and technical assistance activities. The NRCPDS’ commenting process included formal information sharing and feedback processes with both memberships and was overseen by our Public Policy Advisory Committee (which includes representation from our State Agencies and the National Participant Network).We have provided our comments in two parts: key themes and comments by section.
